Tawakkul (Reliance) Upon Allah Pt 2

This talk was given at Masjid Ibadur-Rahman in Marietta, GA.

Taken from one of the works of our noble sheikh Dr Saaleh al-Fawzaan entitled You may download the original Arabic text by clicking on the title.

Allahu ta'ala says in the Quran:

And whosoever fears Allâh and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). (At-Talaq 65:2)

And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allâh, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allâh will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allâh has set a measure for all things. (At-Talaq 65:3)

Khutbah: Benefits of Surat Al-Asr

This khutbah was given at Masjid Tawheed in Stone Mountain, GA.

By Al-'Asr (the time).

Verily! Man is in loss,

Except those who believe (in Islâmic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma'rûf)which Allâh has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar)which Allâh has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allâh's Cause during preaching His religion of Islâmic Monotheism or Jihâd, etc.).

Listen to find out some ways we can implement these important principles in our lives...
